Thank you for leaving your honest feedback, Ted. We're so sorry you felt that way that we didn't care. We genuinely meant to convey the opposite of that. We care about our customers, and we care about the quality of our print products as well. Although you repeatedly asked us to scan an old book cover to use on your business cards, we were requiring a high-resolution file in order to give you a high quality print, not so that we could make your life difficult. If we had scanned your book cover like you requested, the print would have been extremely faded and washed out, and that is not the kind of printing we are comfortable giving to our customers. Our customers rely on our expertise, and we consider it part of our job to notify our customers in advance when the files or materials they give us will not print well. Although it takes more time back and forth, we ask for the correct type of files because we ultimately want our customers to be happy with our printing and to become repeat customers.

Select Graphics has made business cards for me for numerous books I have published, although not without some level of difficulty, and failure to deliver on time. But they are close and convenient, so I went there today with a new book, new title. The girl/receptionist did her best to make it difficult, to the point where I decided I would go somewhere else where they wanted to sell me business cards. She didn't care at all, so I simply left. The impression she gave me was that she had more important things to do. I won't go back and will not recommend.

Not as good as I thought. Yes the price is good but the flyer ended up like a paper that came from a regular printer. I was so sad that the flyers ended up paper. I figured they will fix it right there and but they said tomorrow which hurt me even more. If you want flyers less then 7 days. 6-1 day have a certain percentage they will take extra for. That I was not told on the phone. Plan ahead everyone or it will effect ur price without you knowing til it's to late.
